First, pricing. We will admit sometimes it is difficult to price LAND because it isn’t always apples to apples. Especially if there is a structure or unique features about the property. We utilize public record sources and sometimes they aren’t always accurate. We are also investors that offer a quick close, pay cash, and make the process hassle free . . . so we generally don’t offer retail pricing. That being said, if our offer is off, but you still want a quick sale don’t hesitate to reach out to us and strike a deal.

Second, how long does it take to close? Generally speaking, we can close in about 7 to 10 business days. Sometimes it takes less time, sometimes a little more depending on what due diligence needs completed on the property. We can pay back taxes (in full or part), either pay off or help resolve any liens or encumbrances and help with any other issues the property might have. Once all the necessary checks are done, we schedule to close.

Our general practice is to close through a local title agency and/or attorney to make sure you are protected on your sale.
